On December 18, 2023, Veris Residential, Inc. (the “Company”) and general partner of Veris Residential, L.P., the operating partnership through which the Company conducts its business (the “Operating Partnership”), announced that the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock for the fourth quarter 2023 in the amount of $0.0525 per share. The Board has fixed December 29, 2023 as the record date for those holders of common stock entitled to the payment of the dividend. The dividend will be paid on January 10, 2024.
A copy of the Company’s press release announcing the fourth quarter 2023 dividend is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
