Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On October 5, 2018, Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (the Company) received notice from Robert Andrew Marshall, the President and Executive Vice President of Development of the Companys subsidiary Roseland Residential Trust (Roseland), stating that Mr. Marshall intended to resign as an officer and employee of the Company and Roseland effective as of October 26, 2018. The Company is currently discussing with Mr. Marshall the terms of his departure.
