Item 7.01 Regulation FD.
On February 27, 2017, Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (the “General Partner”), the general partner of Mack-Cali Realty, L.P. (the “Operating Partnership”), issued a press release announcing recent transactions and activity by Roseland Residential Trust (“Roseland”), the subsidiary through which the Operating Partnership conducts its multi-family residential operations. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
