Item 7.01 Regulation FD
On April 29, 2016, Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (the Company), the general partner of Mack-Cali Realty, L.P., filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission the Companys definitive proxy statement on Schedule 14A (the Proxy Statement) in connection with the Companys annual meeting of stockholders to be held on June 1, 2016 (the Annual Meeting). In connection with the filing of the Proxy Statement, the Company also furnished to the Commission additional solicitation materials relating to the Annual Meeting (the Solicitation Materials).
