Item 8.01 Other Events.
On April 29, 2015, Alan S. Bernikow, the Lead Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (the “Company”), the general partner of Mack-Cali Realty, L.P., advised the Company that effective April 29, 2015, he had resigned as a member of the audit committee of the board of directors of Destination XL Group, Inc., formerly the Casual Male Retail Group Inc. (“DXLG”), another public company for which Mr. Bernikow serves as a director. After giving effect to Mr. Bernikow’s resignation from the audit committee of the board of directors of DXLG, Mr. Bernikow will serve on the audit committees of four public companies, including the Company.
