Mack-Cali Announces Date of 2010 Annual Meeting of Stockholders

EDISON, N.J., March 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE: CLI) today announced that the Company will hold its 2010 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Tuesday, May 25, 2010. The board of directors established the close of business on April 8, 2010 as the record date for determining stockholders entitled to receive notice of and vote at the meeting.  The meeting will begin at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time and take place at the Hyatt Regency Jersey City on the Hudson, Harborside Financial Center, 2 Exchange Place, Jersey City, N.J.
